Because SocioPixel provides instant, non-tangible digital access to its processing engine, we generally do not issue refunds once a pass is activated.

Exception: If the engine fails to execute on your machine due to a verified technical bug within our code, and you contact support within 2 hours of purchase, we will issue a full refund.
